Multiple Shipments: Multiple shipments cannot be made within an order, the customer has to place different orders along with each address. Multiple shipments to one address are possible by placing the required quantity of the item or adding different items to cart and do the check out together.
We expect someone's presence at the doorstep if the parcel arrives. If nobody is present then the package is kept around for few more days in the post/courier office itself. Somebody has to show up to claim the ownership. Please note that the shipping cost involves the transmission from our warehouse to your state or country only. Your state's or country's government might issue you extra fees as import duties, taxes or other services, denial of which might bring conflicts and the authorities might never hand over the package to you. Your country may or may not allow the import of the products that we sell in general. You will need to go through the import policies in advance to make sure that there will be no hurdles while our items arrive at your country's borders.
There are some circumstances that are uncontrollable and impossible to manage at a moment. These could be natural calamities such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, OR political chaos such as civil wars, riots, curfews, etc. We need to make a halt and wait for the situation to diminish which is least likely, so we would most probably refund your money in full.
